The goal of any business is to be profitable. Consequently, the most valuable resources in the corporate world are people, assets and information. Keeping these resources protected is in the greatest interest of any profit seeking organization. A cost-efficient, yet powerful network video surveillance system frees up any organization to get their greatest return on investment without costly security related interruptions.
The exacqVision video management system utilizes existing CCTV infrastructure including analog cameras and coaxial cabling prevalent in surveillance installations for the past forty years. In addition, exacqVision also integrates with the latest network (IP) cameras. A network camera is, in essence, a computer with a lens that sends intelligent video over a computer network. The network cameras uses the resources of the facility’s IT infrastructure to provide surveillance video.
The bottom line is that exacqVision provides a cutting-edge surveillance solution while utilizing the existing network and communications resources available in most corporate settings. Video is accessed with the free exacqVision client software available for Windows, Linux or Macintosh computers. A single computer running the client software can view and administrate video from one or multiple exacqVision servers from the same building or from anywhere in the world via the Internet.
