This blog chronicles the on-going development of exacqVision, our IP Video Surveillance product line, which seamlessly merges IP and analog cameras in a highly configurable, low-cost and easy to use video management system, scalable from one camera to thousands spread across multiple locations. exacqVision is further distinguished by offering native software for Windows, Linux, Mac, as well as iPhone and BlackBerry mobile devices.
The exacqBlog is written by the employees of Exacq, and is designed primarily for our reseller, OEM and partner channel, as well as the end users of our products and the security industry as a whole. It is a companion to our main Exacq website here.
As to the origin of our name, Exacq stands for EXact ACQuisition, and is pronounced just like it seems: ex-ACK.
