Report from IP-in-Action LIVE, Chicago

Yesterday we participated in the inaugural IP-in-Action LIVE event in Chicago, put on by the IP UserGroup USA. Over 100 attendees, eight different presentations by industry experts, and 16 exhibitors made for a full day of informative and productive activities.

The Exacq booth was certainly busy all day. The true hybrid nature of the exacqVision product line was of great interest, as it provides a seamless integration of full-resolution and full-frame rate analog cameras with the latest generation of megapixel IP video cameras. We spoke with a number of system integrators, manufacturer Reps, A&Es, and security journalists, as well as IP security equipment vendors wanting to integrate their product with exacqVision.

Our thanks to Bruce Doneff of the IP UserGroup USA for a successful premier event, and we look forward to the next IP-in-Action LIVE event in New York in November. Some pictures from the event are available on our flickr page here.

Exacq at IP-in-Action LIVE, Chicago

We’re off to Chicago tomorrow for the inaugural IP-in-Action LIVE conference sponsored by the IP UserGroup USA, an offshoot of the European IP UserGroup. We will be showing the powerful hybrid capability of our exacqVision product line, both the capability for IP camera-only solutions as well as the seamless integration with analog video in our hybrid systems.

ExacqVision provides a common user client for all sizes of systems, whether they be single cameras connected to a laptop or hundreds of analog and IP cameras in an enterprise. The exacqVision client features a clean, contemporary user interface that is both powerful and easy to use. Advanced search capabilities enable searching and playback across any number of cameras from any location. With four-camera software solutions starting at under $200, the exacqVision product line is ideal for all video surveillance applications, small to large.

The handout for the show, pictured above, is available here. The IP-in-Action LIVE event starts at 8:00 am on Tuesday, August 29, 2006, at the ADA Conference Center in downtown Chicago.
